ISOC’s Board of Governance
The Board of Governance is the highest governing body of The Islamic Society of Orange County, entrusted with the strategic direction, policy-making, and long-term vision of our community. Composed of dedicated volunteers elected to serve the masjid’s mission, the Board oversees all major decisions affecting our institution — from finances and facilities to community programs and strategic planning.
The Board provides direct oversight to the Operations Manager and senior staff, ensuring that the masjid’s day-to-day operations remain aligned with the values, priorities, and long-term goals set by the community. Through regular meetings, careful deliberation, and a shared commitment to serving Allah (SWT) and our community, the Board works to safeguard the trust placed in it by the congregation.
